Taxanes from Taxus chinensis

Abstract

Five new taxane diterpenes were isolated from the leaves and stems of Texus chinensis. Their structures were established as 2-deacetyl-5-decinnamatetaxagifine, taxagifine III, 4-deacetyltaxagifine III, 2a,13a-dihydroxy-9x,10f-diacetoxy-5x-cinnamatetaxa-4(20),11-diene and 10f -hydroxy-2x,9x,13x-triacetoxy-5x-cinnamatetaxa-4(20), 11-diene.
