Five new euglobals with acylphloroglucinol-monoterpene structures (C₂₃H₃₀O₅), named euglobals-G1 (1), -G2 (2), -G3 (3), -G4 (4), and -G5 (5) were isolated from the chloroform extract of the juvenile leaves of Eucalyptus grandis W. HILL (Myrtaceae). The structures and relative stereochemistries of 1—5 have been elucidated on the basis of their two-dimensional (2D)-NMR spectra and difference in nuclear Overhauser effects (NOE) experiments.
