<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Two new compounds, 1‐isopropyl‐2,7‐dimethylnaphthalene (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold>) and 21‐(acetyloxy)‐6,13,14‐trihydroxy‐16,18‐dimethyl‐10‐phenyl[11]cytochalasa‐7,19‐dien‐1‐one (<jats:bold>2</jats:bold>), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of <jats:italic>Daldinia concentrica.</jats:italic> The structures were established by spectroscopic methods.
