The Structure of (-)-Thalimonine

Abstract

Thalimonine [2] was isolated from Mongolian Thalictrum simplex. The structure has been elucidated as (-)-3,4-methylenedioxy-2,8,9-trimethoxypavinane by spectral studies including ¹H, ¹³C, and nOe nmr and mass spectrometry.
