Tropane alkaloids from Duboisia myoporoides

Abstract

Besides butropine, valtropine, apoatropine and 6beta-hydroxyhyoscyamine, a new alkaloid isolated from the leaves of Duboisia myoporoides has been characterized as tropine nonanoate by spectral and chemical methods.
