Abstract

Three new malynsamides, J (1), g (2) and L (3), all amides of 7(S)-methoxytetradee4(E) maoie acid, were isolated from Curaesao collections ofLyngbya majuscula. The structures of these new malyngamides were elucidated on the basis of ID mad 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis of the products and key derivatives. The stereochemistry of malyngamide J (1) was probed by NMR and exeiton ehirality eironlar diehroism spectroscopy.
