Labdane diterpenes from Brickellia vernicosa

Abstract

The investigation of Brickellia vernicosa afforded, in addition to the known 3α-hydroxycativic acid, three new labdane derivatives. The structures and stereochemistry have been established by spectroscopic methods and chemical transformations.
