Abstract

FK-156, C20H33N5O11, mp 143~148°C (dec.) is a new immunostimulant produced by Streptomyces olivaceogriseus sp. nov. and S. violaceus. The structure has been elucidated to be D-Lac-L-Ala-γ-D-Glu-(L)meso-α,ε-A2pm(L)-GlyOH on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic properties.
