Four flavonoids: glychalcone-A, glychalcone-B, glyflavanone-A and glyflavanone-B; two amidosulphoxides: glycothiomin-A and glycothiomin-B; a 2-quinolone alkaloid: glycocitridine and nine known compounds were isolated from the leaves of Glycosmis citrifolia. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses.
