New Triterpenoidal Saponins Acylated with Monoterpenic Acid from Albizia adianthifolia

Abstract

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Four new triterpenoidal saponins acylated with monoterpenic acid, <jats:italic>i.e.</jats:italic>, adianthifoliosides C, D, E, and F (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>4</jats:bold>), besides the two known julibroside III and the monodesmonoterpenyl elliptoside A, were isolated from the roots of <jats:italic>Albizia adianthifolia.</jats:italic> Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR studies and mass spectrometry as
