Five new yuzurimine-type Daphniphyllum alkaloids, daphmacromines K-O (1-5), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Daphniphyllum macropodum. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic techniques, including 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.
