Two new monomeric bromopyrrole alkaloids (1 and 2) and one new dimeric bromopyrrole alkaloid (3) were isolated from an Okinawan marine sponge Agelas sp. Spectroscopic analyses of these compounds revealed the structures of 1-3 to be 2-debromonagelamide U, 2-debromomukanadin G, and 2-debromonagelamide P, respectively.
