Abstract

The new C18 diterpene alkaloids monticamine and monticamine have been isolated from the epigeal part of Aconitum monticola Steinb. Their structures have been established on the basis of the results of1H and13C NMR, IR, and mass spectra and also of chemical transformations. © 1982 Plenum Publishing Corporation.
