Abstract

Thirteen alkaloids were isolated from the nonphenolic basic fraction of the tubers of Corydalis remota cultivated in Dalian, Liaoning province. The most interesting of these is corymotine, a new tetrahydroprotoberberine alkaloid that bears an unusual 13, 13-dimethyl-ated substitution pattern. © 1988, American Chemical Society.
