The structures of two new lycoctonine-type alkaloids having an acetoxy group at C-6, 6-O-acetyldemethylenedelcorine (1) and 6-O-acetyl-14-O-methyldelphinifoline (2), isolated fi from the flowers of Aconitum lycoctonum, were determined by spectroscopic analysis. In addition, 14-O-methyldelphinifoline (4), gigactonine (5), and lycoctonine (6) were obtained.
