Abstract

A new Lycopodium alkaloid, diphaladine A (1), was isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of Diphasiastrum complanatum together with other nine known alkaloids. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. To the best of our knowledge, obscurumine A (2), 1.20, lycoposerramine-K, des-N-methyl-beta-obscurine, des-N-methyl-alpha 0obscurine, lycoflexion, and phlegmariurine B were all isolated from this plant for the first time.
