Abstract

From aerial parts of Aconitum napellus L. s. str. (syn. A. anglicum Stapf) were isolated two new diterpenoid alkaloids, 8-o-ethyl-benzoylaconine (1) and 15-acetyl-13-dehydrocardiopetamine (3), besides cardiopetamine (5), 15-acetylcardiopetamine (4), songoramine (6), and songorine (7). The structures were established by 1H- and 13C-nmr and confirmed by partial synthesis. © 1989.
