Fractionation of Annona acuminata Safford (Annonaceae) for cytotoxic constituents has yielded the three alkaloids listed below. Plant material (B810733 PR 44442) was collected in Panama and authenticated by the Economic Botany Laboratory, USDA, Beltsville, Maryland.
