A series of novel sulphadimidine derivatives has been synthesized via coupling of sulphadimidine diazonium salt with N-substituted anilines in acetic acid and subjected to evaluate their antihypertensive activity. All the synthesized compounds have similar effects and non-significantly different than the standard drug (Prazosin) and control groups. All newly synthesized dyes were characterized by elemental analyses and spectral data (IR, 1 H-NMR, and MS).
