<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Two new norfumiquinazolines, cottoquinazolines E and F (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold> and <jats:bold>2</jats:bold>, resp.), together with pyripyropene A (<jats:bold>3</jats:bold>), were isolated from the fungus <jats:italic>Neosartorya fischeri</jats:italic> NRRL 181. The structures of the new isolates were established by spectroscopic methods, including UV, IR, HR‐ESI‐MS, and extensive 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR techniques. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on norfumiquinazolines and pyripyropenes produced by the genus <jats:italic>Neosartorya.</jats:italic>
