Abstract

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>The absolute configuration of the three asymmetric atoms of sederine, a minor alkaloid isolated from <jats:italic>Sedum acre</jats:italic>, has been established through the use of Horeau's method together with a study by X‐ray diffraction of sederine hydrochloride.
