The leaves of Cassia floribunda afforded N1,N8-dibenzoylspermidine, physcion, 5,7′-biphyscion and 5,7′-physcion-physcionanthrone whose structures were determined by MS, 1H and 13C NMR spectral analysis as well as by chemical methods. © 1988.
