Abstract

The structure of bafilomycins A,, A2, Bl, B2, Cl and C2, produced by Strewta @sew - aohurus has been elucidated mainly by spectroscopic studies. The bafilomycins are macrolide antibiotics with a 16-membered lactone ring.
