Abstract

<jats:p><jats:bold>Abstract</jats:bold> The contents of ascorbic acid, chlorophyll and pectin in kiwifruits (Hayward cultivar) grown in Turkey were investigated. While chlorophyll and pectin contents were similar to previous studies, the ascorbic acid content tended to be lower.
