Three new phenylpropanoid triesters, glaberins A–C (1–3), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Daucus glaber (Forssk.) Thell. (Apiaceae). Their gross structures were determined on the basis of 2D NMR experiments, and the absolute structure of 1 by X-ray crystallography and chemical methods. Glaberins A (1) and B (2) were evaluated for cytotoxicity against P-388 murine lymphocytic leukemia cells, and their IC50 values were 55 and 44 mg/ml, respectively. Glaberin C (3) was not assayed in the present experiment due to its small quantity.
