Continuing a systematic investigation of alkaloids from plants of the genus Aconitum L., we studied the epigeal part and roots of Aconitum firmum Reichb. (gathered in Transcarpathian province) and the epigeal part of Aconitum tokii Nakai (found in south of Maritime Territory, not previously studied). From A. firmum, we isolated hypaconitine, mesaconitine, 3-deoxyaconitine, songorine, taurenine, sebusine A, tadzhaconine, neoline, and 15-acetylsongorine, identified by direct comparison with authentic samples (TLC, PMR, mass spectra). From A. tokii, we isolated mesaconitine, glaucine, isoboldine, and N-methyllaurotetanine. Additionally, anthroroidine (previously from Aconitum anthoroideum) was identified as tadzhaconine via IR spectrum, TLC, and mixed melting point, so the name anthroroidine is abandoned.
