Abstract

Four alkaloids have been isolated from the tubers of Stephania glabra (Roxb.) Miers. (synonym St. rotunda Lour.) collected in the Democratic Republic of Vietnam:l-tetrahydropalmatine and three previously undescribed bases (A -C19H18O2N, C - C20H25O4N, and D -C21H25O4N). © 1966 The Faraday Press, Inc.
