Alcaloïdes et Quassinoïdes de Soulamea fraxinifolia

Journal of Natural Products
1986.0

Abstract

From the stem bark and leaves of Soulamea fraxinifolia (Simarubaceae) eight compounds have been isolated: one coumarin (scopoletin), two alkaloids, and five quassinoids. One alkaloid: 1 ’hydroxyethyl) β-carboline, and one quassinoid: 6α-acetoxy picrasine B are new. Structures are established on the basis of spectral data and, for the quassinoid, by chemical correlation. © 1986, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
