Cyclopeptides from the seeds of Annona glabra

Abstract

From the seeds of Annona glabra two new cyclopeptides, glabrin A [cyclo-(prolyl-glycyl-lencylvalyl-isolencyl-tyrosyl)] and B [cyclo-(prolyl-S-oxomethyl-valyl-alanyl-valyl-tyrosyl-glycyl-thryl)], have been isolated. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods.
