Cyclopeptides from the seeds of Annona glabra

Abstract

From the seeds of Annona glabra, two new cyclopeptides, glabrin C (cyclo[prolyl-glycyl-tyrosyl-valyl-leucyl-alanyl-leucyl-valyl]) and glabrin D (cyclo[prolyl-prolyl-valyl-tyrosyl-glycyl-prolyl-glutamyl]), have been isolated. Their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods.
