<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p>Five cerebrosides (<jats:bold>1–5</jats:bold>), including three new ones named cortenuamide A (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold>), cortenuamide B (<jats:bold>2</jats:bold>), and cortenuamide C (<jats:bold>3</jats:bold>), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of the basid‐iomycete <jats:italic>Cortinarius tenuipes</jats:italic>.
