<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p><jats:boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor"><jats:graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" mimetype="image/gif" position="anchor" specific-use="enlarged-web-image" xlink:href="graphic/mcontent.gif"><jats:alt-text>magnified image</jats:alt-text></jats:graphic></jats:boxed-text><jats:p>Four new <jats:italic>Daphniphyllum</jats:italic> alkaloids, daphlongamines E–H (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>4</jats:bold>, resp.), along with 19 known alkaloids, were isolated from the leaves of <jats:italic>Daphniphyllum longeracemosum.</jats:italic> Their structures were characterized by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR techniques. It is noteworthy that aconitine‐ and veatchine‐type diterpenoid alkaloids were also isolated from this species.
