Essential oils of the genusLophostemon (Myrtaceae)

Abstract

The essential oils of species of the genus Lophostemon have been examined. The oils, which were obtained in 0.03±0.5% yields, were similar in that the principal components were a-pinene, aromadendrene, alloaromadendrene, globulol and spathulenol. Copyright # 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
