Abeo-taxanes from Taxus mairei

Abstract

One new taxane (baccatin III 13-cinnamate), two new 11(15 4 1)abeo-taxanes (taxumains A and B) and 15 known taxanes were isolated from the twigs of Taxus mairei. The structures of new compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods.
