Abstract

The present study concerns the isolation and structure determination of a new simmondsin ferulate in jojoba meal, simmondsin 3'-trans-ferulate. A new simmondsin ferulate was isolated from jojoba meal and identified as simmondsin 3'-trans-ferulate by 2D NMR and L-SIMS.
