Reinvestigation of the aerial parts of Pluchea dioscoridis afforded, in addition to known compounds, five new eudesmanolides and a new thiophene derivative. The stereochemistry of one of the eudesmanolides isolated previously has been corrected. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
