Amides from stems of annona cherimola

Abstract

Four new amides, N!cis!ca}eoyl!tyramine, dihydro!feruloyltyramine, N!trans!feruloylmethoxytyramine and N!cis!feruloylmethoxytyramine, along with two known amides, N!p!coumaroyltyramine and N!cis!feruloyltyramine, were isolated from the fresh stem parts of Annona cherimola. Their structures were characterized and identified by spectral analysis.
