Four new alkaloids, sessilifoliamides E, F, G, and H were isolated from the roots of Stemona sessilifolia (Miq.) Miq., together with a known alkaloid, tuberostemonone. The structures of new alkaloids were elucidated by interpretation of the spectral data and X-ray crystallography.
