Abstract

Three hydroxycinnamic acid amides were isolated from the herb of Iochroma cyaneum and identified by means of spectral data and hydrolysis as caffeoylputrescine (paucine), feruloylputrescine (subaphylline) and the new N¹,N¹⁰-di-dihydrocaffeoylspermidine.
