Abstract

<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title><jats:p><jats:boxed-text content-type="graphic" position="anchor"><jats:graphic xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" mimetype="image/gif" position="anchor" specific-use="enlarged-web-image" xlink:href="graphic/mcontent.gif"><jats:alt-text>magnified image</jats:alt-text></jats:graphic></jats:boxed-text><jats:p>Three new diterpenoid alkaloids, puberulines A–C (<jats:bold>1</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>3</jats:bold>, resp.), and three new benzamide derivatives, puberulines D–F (<jats:bold>4</jats:bold>–<jats:bold>6</jats:bold>, resp.), as well as 16 known diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from <jats:italic>Aconitum barbatum</jats:italic> var. <jats:italic>puberulum.</jats:italic> The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectral data (IR, EI‐MS, HR‐ESI‐MS, HR‐EI‐MS, <jats:sup>1</jats:sup>H‐ and <jats:sup>13</jats:sup>C‐NMR, DEPT, NOE, HMQC, <jats:sup>1</jats:sup>H,<jats:sup>1</jats:sup>H‐COSY, HMBC, NOESY, and TOCSY).
