Three new diterpenoid alkaloids, puberulines A-C (1 - 3, resp.), and three new benzamide derivatives, puberulines D- F (4 - 6, resp.), as well as 16 known diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from Aconitum barbatum var. puberulum. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectral data (IR, EI-MS, HR-ESI-MS, HR-EI-MS, 1H- and 13C-NMR, DEPT, NOE, HMQC, 1H,1HCOSY, HMBC, NOESY, and TOCSY). © 2009 Verlag Helvetica Chimica Acta AG.
